What matter is your salvation is not by the name of the place where men and women of God congregates but in the name of Jesus. Once in Him, everybody has a place for him /her. Many don’t know this and because of their ignorance they do many things wrong. Others compete against each other. Others are threatened by success of others; why? Because they have not located their place in Christ Jesus. In Christ we don’t compete against each other but rather we work with each other so that everything can run smoothly just the way God intended it to be. We have different   gifts in different congregations all over the world not to show off but to develop the spirits of God’s people so that we can do the work of the ministry. We are all brothers in Christ Children of the same father and the same Lord.  All working collectively to achieve God’s purpose for our lives.
Ephesians 4:4-5
“4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism;”
So when one is lifted support him then. We are all soldiers in one army fight not the brethren for doing good mark 9:38-40
John couldn’t stand that someone else who was not among the twelve was doing what they doing. He thought it was it was for them alone until the Lord rebuked them. This is how many Christians relate today that is why there are many fight among the congregation.

As long as you view your fellow brethren as a potential threat to you, you are likely to wage war against them that is how many churches collapse and others break. It is not God’s will to fight each we have a world to conquer for Christ. It is high time we emulate the early church.  Acts 4:32
Value your fellow brethren not according to where they come from, the color of their skin their social status or the language they speak. The same price they were bought is the same price that was paid for you.  Remember to love your brother as you love yourself. Do to them things that you would like them to do for them. Ephesians 5:30
