THE GOSPEL: NOT THE LAW
2 CORINTHIANS 3:6
"He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant—not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. "
Let me start with this quotation; what is in the gospel of Jesus Christ?
It is His life and teachings. Then what is in the gospel?? In the gospel of Jesus is the power to save, sustain, His thoughts, salvation, hope, health, provisions, Godly heritage, devine participation, the life of God, His power, His glory,His mercy, His forgiveness, His love for human race etc.

The law of Moses was given by God to children of Israel to live by (exodus 20:1-17) What was in the law?? Rules and regulations including the Ten Commandments. Their success in life was totally depending on their obedience to law. The law was an outside force. It was not in them. It had to be read to them. It was meant to bring justice, respect and glory, honor, praise and respect to God. The children of Israel were not born again. They were natural me trying to do the will of God. Not many Christians understand the difference between the law and the gospel.  Many are confused.

To many it is like the bible in conflict with itself. By reasons best known to Himself, God chose Israel to show forth its power, might, dominion over men and everything else that was worshiped. The law was meant to establish a relationship between God and men and God used it also to hold Israelites accountable for their sins (Rom 5:15)"But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did God’s grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many! "

The law brought sin consciousness. Whoever did not live by the law is under the curse from God.(Deuteronomy 27:26). Remember the law was given to children of Israel only. So the only people who were expected to live by the law were not Jews. Until the gospel came, there was no hope for gentiles. They were objects of wrath. But Just I time; Christ appeared with the Gospel .The gospel of Jesus was given to the whole world. It is a “all included gospel” both to the Jesus and the gentiles. It belongs to everybody that accepts it. It makes ordinary people “ne creation in Christ Jesus”  The law and it curses was abolished in the body of Jesus Christ on the cross including them ministered under the dispensation of the law.
