Dear partners, members and friends of Faith Evangelistic Ministry, all the saints and the faithful in Christ Jesus across the world, I salute you in the most precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. We have entered into a new season the year 2008 is behind us. 2009 is a new season and a new day. The theme for this year comes from
Isaiah 54:1-4 Sing, O barren, thou that didst not bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, thou that didst not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, saith the LORD. Isaiah54: 2 Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; Isaiah 54:3 For thou shall break forth on the right hand and on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the desolate cities to be inhabited .Isa 54:4 Fear not; for thou shall not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shall not be put to shame: for thou shall forget the shame of thy youth, and shall not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.
 

2009: Theme creating an atmosphere for the supernatural
This is the year of preparation and decision making, the year to enlarge your tents. As prophet Isaiah said sing o barren woman you who have not born break froth with a song. If you have been barren in the past days God is saying sing, you may not have anything but God says sing, God is saying break forth with a song, God is not saying break forth with trouble God is saying break forth with a song. Those who have never had anything whatever it was, God says in 2009 sing.

The only thing we will do this year is to sing. This season is not like other seasons, you may not have touched your miracle, but God is saying sing. If only you can sing, something will begin to happen. We are not only going to sing but cry aloud, raise your voice. Last year God spoke to us that it was the year of showers of blessings, There are some people that got the showers in their homes, if the showers never found your home God is saying sing. Your miracle is bound to your singing, do not look at the situation, circumstance surrounding you, don’t go by what your bank is saying, don’t go by what the economy of your country is saying don’t go by what the politicians are saying, God is saying to the church sing. If you did not see the showers last year then sing, if you have been patiently waiting on God sing, God is saying sing because according to your song so shall it be. Let us understand the season, it is a season of singing.

Do not sing quietly, raise your voice and sing. Let all men hear you sing, let your enemies hear your voice, your friends, your family and even those who abandoned you. Whatever you are going through God says sing. Let nothing stop you from singing because your miracle is tied to your singing. In the day of your bareness it is the very best time to give God a song. In the presence of God that’s where you travail, that’s where you sing that’s where you cry aloud. This season you will go to the maternity home, which is in the presence of God in this case. God is taking us into His maternity home, where we will cry and wail and shout, but the most important thing is not the maternity home but what will be born, for after this we shall look at people and say look what the Lord has done. This is the season for a song. And Isaiah says more are the children of a desolate woman, God is saying it does not matter what you are going through it’s not about religion this time. To those kind of women who have been walking in stigma God is saying sing because more are the children of the unmarried woman. Church you are the woman and bride of Christ.

God says enlarge the place of your tent.
If you have to enlarge the tent you have to remove the pegs and beams so that you can enlarge it, God is saying to the church today go remove your pegs, go remove your limits, hindrances and whatever has stood between you and God so that you can enlarge you tent. It is a season of enlargement. The place where you are is too small and you can only move and grow as far as your tent can extend. God will not give you the seed until you prepare the ground for the seed. A word to the Pastors get ready for an extension, enlarge you tent pastors because you cannot be bigger than what you already have. God is saying we shall expand on the right and on the left. Saints begin to position your selves geographically wherever you are because God is getting ready to expand you.

Always remember that your history will not determine how far you expand or how far you go in life. God says your descendants shall inherit the nations. All my sons and daughters get ready for the nations because God is saying He will give you the nations. I have been going to nations making set paths for my sons blazing the trails so that when my children begin to go to nations they will walk like kings because they will have an inheritance. Brothers and sisters in Christ please understand that when God speaks He does not speak of individuals He speaks of generations.

That’s why He is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob God is a God of generations and this God will give my sons and daughters the nations. Make the desolate cities inhabited, pastors don’t look and go where people are, instead go where there are no people because God has positioned you to get an inheritance. It is time to inhabit the desolate cities and fill the empty places.

God says do not fear for you shall not be ashamed so friends do not cover your voice when you sing instead sing aloud. In this hour refuse to walk in fear and to be impressed by the devil, walk by faith.

God says you will forget the shame of your youth. God is saying forget them and remember the things of the past no more. There are Christians who do not overcome their past and so they become the greatest enemies to their own destiny. Overcome your past so that you can be able to walk in the present towards your future.

Numbers have a meaning and number 09 has a meaning. There are some scriptural references to number 09, these are: Galatians 5 the fruits of the spirit are 09, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11 the gifts of the spirit are 09. Number 09 means it’s the year of finality. After number 09 you cannot go any further you have to go back to number 01. Number 09 is the final number. Number 09 is the number of harvest, preachers you need to prepare your selves for harvest. People will be getting saved without preachers.

Number 09 stands for the fulfillment of development. Number 08 was the year of work and we worked so hard and now number 09 is the fullness of development in other words what you started building be it last year or whatever time you got to finish it this year. It’s the year to finish unresolved issues. I call everyone to lay a good firm foundation this year from which way you are going to go, for whichever way you are going, make sure you have a firm foundation, because in this season decisions must be made.

Prepare yourself in 2009 for there is a harvest that is coming so Church get ready for God. God has set seasons for everything under the heaven and that’s why the preacher said that for everything there is a season, discern the season that you may not miss the hour of your visitation. We are preparing for this season because we have an appointment.

We have power to bind but no matter how good we are in binding we cannot bind seasons, when your season comes no one will be able to bind it.
Decision making is crucial this year.

As I conclude I urge the church to watch out for deceivers. God spoke to me and said that there is a spirit of deception in the church, so Christians watch yourselves and refuse to be deceived because the Bible says that in the last days even the most elect if possible shall be deceived. Stay alert as the body of Christ.

Reverend Teresia Wairimu

Evangelist Teresia Wairimu is the President and Founder of Faith Evangelistic Ministries (FEM). She is an anointed servant of God who is also a prophetic voice for the nation of Kenya and other nations. She moves in the gifts of Prophecy, the word of Knowledge and Miracle healings. Many miracles have been experienced in her meetings both in Kenya and abroad. The blind receive sight, the dumb speak, cripples walk, cancers are healed, AIDS and HIV victims are healed, women have conceived and given birth to miracle babies and even the dead have beens raised.

Kenya

The ministry headquarters is based in Nairobi, Kenya. The ministry under the leadership of Reverend Teresia Wairimu has moved from a humble beginning with seventeen women meeting in her house to hundreds meeting in rented city halls within Nairobi to over a quarter of a million people meeting in open air at Uhuru Park grounds in Nairobi Kenya. The Uhuru Park meetings were held every second Sunday of the month. However in 2005 the meetings were relocated to Dagoretti corner next to the meteorological department, Evangelist Wairimu's meetings in Dagoretti corner have people traveling from all Kenyan towns, all over African and Europe to receive deliverance and healing. It is common to see people brought from hospitals in Ambulances and wheelchairs in these meetings.

Revival Meetings and Crusades

Apart from Uhuru Park meetings, she has held revival meetings and crusades in other towns in Kenya such as Kisumu, Mombasa, Nakuru, Nyeri, Embu, Kutus and Nanyuki to name but a few. In Nairobi, she has held meetings in the city estates and slum areas as well. She goes everywhere in search for souls for Christ. She actually describes herself as a fire brigade for Jesus where she goes to the fire stricken areas and rescues souls from the fiery camp of Satan and forwards them to the camp of Jesus, ,all for the glory of God. She does this with such a passion and thousands accept her call to salvation.

Strange Weekend

During the Easter weekend, Reverend Teresia Wairimu holds revival meetings for three consecutive days. It is called a strange weekend and many great things happen as people come together to remember the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Spice Sunday

Mark 16:1
"When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James and Salome bought spices so that they might anoint Jesus body." Early on Sunday morning thousands of women come together to worship and celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ, just like they carried spices to go and worship him.

Ebenezer Magazine

Reverend Teresia Wairimu produces an annual magazine - Ebenezer which keeps her vision partners abreast of the testimonies of what God is doing in people's lives as well as sharing her messages and future plans. Ebenezer is a wonderful and informative tool for all her vision partners.

Annual conference

She also hosts an International Conference in Nairobi every year during the month of August. Every annual conference involves international speakers and gives participants a solid one week teaching on the theme of the year as given by the Holy Spirit. Such Annual Conference is a life changing and life equipping time for the saints.

Youth and Mercy Ministry Departments

The ministry is also concerned with youth development and has a department that caters for youth evangelism per se. Reverend Teresia Wairimu has compassion for the community and has put up a ministry department, which is geared to helping the misplaced, downtrodden and needy members of society in varied ways.

Mission in Africa

On an international level, Evangelist Wairimu has traveled to many African nations (Uganda and Ethiopia) preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She was invited to a Nigerian Crusade by Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke where 3.9 million people made a decision to follow Jesus. She was also invited to Pastor Ray McCauley of Rhema Church of South Africa where many people also came to the Lord.

Mission to America

Reverend Teresia Wairimu travels widely in the United States of America every year. She has ministered in Boston, California, Seattle, Atlanta, New York, Delaware, New Jersey and Dallas among other states. Wherever she ministers, God has been faithful to crown His Word with signs and wonders following.

European Missions

A few years ago, God called her to preach His uncompromising Gospel in Europe. Her European Ministry Office is based in London. She holds conventions four times a year in London. Although London is a hard ground for the Gospel, she has had a breakthrough through her perseverance and compassion for the people and her meetings in London are winning many souls for God. In Europe, she has visited several cities in Denmark, Norway, Australia and Germany. In these nations, God has saved souls and healed their bodies in an unprecedented way, all for His glory. Nations that were known to hold the Gospel at arm's length are now opening their doors to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Her itinerary has grown immensely. In 1999 and 2000, she was one of the main speakers and indeed the only lady speaker at the Europe Fire Conference hosted by her Spiritual father, Rev. Reinhard Bonnke in Germany and Birmingham. In these conferences she has encouraged women to press on and fulfill their call in life. Her testimony has been a clarion call to both men and women to avail themselves for the Master's use. "If God can use me, He can use anybody", she has felt entreated.

Korogocho Mission

Reverend Teresia Wairimu has been able to reach with the Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the people of Korogocho, a slum hit with crime and prostitution in the city of Nairobi. Many gangsters have surrendered guns, given their lives to Christ and they stand as living testimonies in the ministry. Prostitutes have also given their lives to Jesus and many lives have changed. It has also been possible to minister to some of the physical needs of these people in terms of food and clothing and has also ministered to many impoverished with a desire to reach more individuals.

Mercy Ministry

Jesus once said "I was hungry and you fed me, sick and you visited me, naked and you clothed me...". Through the generous support of her partners, Reverend Teresia Wairimu has been able to extend a helping hand to some of the hardest hit members of her society in terms of food and clothing. She has also been able to support many disadvantaged children pursue their academic dreams .Since 2004 Reverend Teresia Wairimu has gone to kilifi district which is one of Kenya most hardest hit district s to be of assistance to the people there who had been ravaged by famine as a result of lack rainfall for the last two years
